  • You can use this order form below if you wish to have a secured invoice sent to you through Paypal.

  • Payment: We accept Money orders, Personal Checks. All Credit Cards are accepted through Paypal. You can also choose to have us invoice you through PayPal. Once we have your order, we will e-mail you an invoice including the shipping cost for in stock items. Invoices are not proof of payment once item(s) are marked PAID you will receive a receipt via email. Your order will not be shipped until we see payment as received.

  • Shipping Charges: We use UPS Ground for normal everyday shipping and the customer is billed actual shipping cost as determined by UPS. Once we have your shipment boxed up and weighed you will receive a tracking number via email. Faster UPS shipping is available and must be requested by the customer at the time of purchase.

  • Returns: For you protection and ours, all train sales are final. If you have a problem with the function or operation of any train sold - you must follow our policy for handling the repair. Returns are for factory defects only. Items over $200 are insured for both the seller and consumers protection. All products come with a one year Limited Warranty.

Shipping to the 48 states only. We can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Guam. No PO Boxes or Military addresses.

Return Policy

Returns are for factory defects only. All products come with a one year Limited Warranty.

service@trainhousedirect.com anytime with your order number and an explanation for the return. We will issue a RM (Returned Merchadise) number for the return. No returns will be accepted without a RM number. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost in transit, so we recommend you use a shipper such as FedEx or UPS where the package can be tracked and insured.
